Manifest Market Equipment Guide

Required Equipment

To keep our markets running smoothly and looking good, all vendors are required to bring the following:

Outdoor Markets:

  • 10x10 white pop-up tent
    (All tents must be weighted with at least 25 lbs per leg—no exceptions)

  • Tent weights (Sandbags, water weights, or professional-grade leg weights)

  • Table(s) for product display

  • Chairs

  • Tablecloth or display covering (We love a clean, cohesive look!)

  • Display items (racks, crates, risers, signage—whatever suits your brand!)

  • Battery-powered lights or solar string lights for late afternoon/evening markets

  • Trash bag for your own waste and packaging

  • Change box or mobile payment system (We recommend using Square, Venmo, or PayPal QR codes)

Indoor Markets:

  • Table(s) (unless noted otherwise)

  • Table covering

  • Display pieces that fit within your assigned space (no large backdrops unless approved)

  • Battery-powered lighting, if needed

  • Extension cord/power strip (only if electricity is provided and you’ve been approved to use it)
