Manifest Market Equipment Guide
Required Equipment
To keep our markets running smoothly and looking good, all vendors are required to bring the following:
Outdoor Markets:
10x10 white pop-up tent
(All tents must be weighted with at least 25 lbs per leg—no exceptions)Tent weights (Sandbags, water weights, or professional-grade leg weights)
Table(s) for product display
Chairs
Tablecloth or display covering (We love a clean, cohesive look!)
Display items (racks, crates, risers, signage—whatever suits your brand!)
Battery-powered lights or solar string lights for late afternoon/evening markets
Trash bag for your own waste and packaging
Change box or mobile payment system (We recommend using Square, Venmo, or PayPal QR codes)
Indoor Markets:
Table(s) (unless noted otherwise)
Table covering
Display pieces that fit within your assigned space (no large backdrops unless approved)
Battery-powered lighting, if needed
Extension cord/power strip (only if electricity is provided and you’ve been approved to use it)
